DJI rolled out the Osmo Pocket 4, the fourth supposedly revolutionary handheld vlogging gadget, boasting a 1-inch sensor upgrade from September 2023’s Osmo Pocket 3 and a fancy magnetic fill light to improve your self-filming in dim basements or existential crises. Despite nudging tech nerds with higher frame rates and built-in storage (because who trusts SD cards these days?), DJI enthusiasts stateside get a big fat 'Nope' since the company ‘forgot’ or can’t secure U.S. authorization. This embargo tug-of-war also affects their Osmo Nano 4K action cam, the Avata 360 drone, and the Osmo Mobile 8 stabilizer, which apparently Just. Won't. Land. Stateside. So if you were hoping to vlog America’s national parks with lux lighting and saved space, DJI says, 'Not today, patriot.'
