The end-credits scene upgrades this neighborhood watch app into cosmic surveillance, zooming out past NYC then through an 8-bit moon to reveal a Spidey mask floating somewhere in space, raising the MCU’s 'Wait, does he spacewalk or glitch?' stakes. Jon Bernthal’s Punisher stalking his friend through the app adds a touch of murderous surveillance chic. Despite Tom Holland’s name not appearing on the massive December 18th 'Avengers: Doomsday' cast list, fans bet their webs on him swinging into the 2027 'Avengers: Secret Wars,' where Peter Parker variants duke it out in Battleworld for supremacy. Holland, age 30, teased a ‘clear vision’ for his exit from Spidey life, which is probably less Spider-Man retirement and more multiverse reality show elimination round.
