Young GOPās 28,000-Message Hate Fest Hits Peak Awkwardness
Over seven months, Young Republican leaders across Arizona, New York, Kansas, and Vermont allegedly exchanged 28,000+ sickeningly racist, sexist, and antisemitic messages on Telegram ā basically a digital dumpster fire crowned by NY Chair Peter Giunta's June 2025 gem: 'everyone that votes no is going to the gas chamber.' Politico's October report in 2025 exploded this chat scandal into a full-blown roast session, overwhelming even Rep. Elise Stefanik and NY Gov. Kathy Hochul, who both publicly recoiled. Apologies poured in like spilled tea, though Giunta insisted possible 'doctored' messages muddy the waters, while VP JD Vance clapbacked Democrats over political violence. The Young Republican National Federation demanded immediate resignations, but the excusing dance had trust issues. This saga is basically politics with a hard left swipe into the cringe vortex, proving some group chats are best left unencrypted.
