Lachlan's New York Drama Ends, Aussie Fox Takes Throne

In a saga more dramatic than a soap opera, Lachlan Murdoch has finally clinched control of News Corp. and Fox after his dad wrapped up a theatrical succession battle that probably had more twists than a vinegary pickle jar. Raised amid the skyscrapers of New York City, Lachlan somehow decided that Australian koalas and kangaroos beat Big Apple skyscrapers, settling Down Under for most of his adult life. Now, with a dad whoâs clearly mastered the game of corporate Thrones, Lachlanâs position is so secure youâd think he wore a seatbelt while occupying it. Next up: corporate BBQs featuring Vegemite and Wallabies fandom.
