ICE: Breaking Car Windows and Records Since 2025
Under Trumpās watch, ICE officers turned smashing car windows into a national sport with nearly 50 incidents in six months compared to just eight in the previous decade. Maryland official Matthew Elliston threatened, 'He can either give us a license or weāll smash the fucking window out and drag him out.' Yet instead of punishment, these glass-breakers got promoted ā because in the new ICE playbook, smashing windows is not only tactical, itās a career booster. Apparently, normal arrest procedures are for the āweak,ā and sobbing kids or pregnant women? Just collateral glass shards.
