US Migrants Shifted at Gitmo: Water's Out, Hope's Low

In an epic saga of hydration gone haywire, migrants sent by the US to Guantánamo Bay, Cuba—a naval base best known for holding detainees rather than day spa guests—were relocated to another part of base due to a 'water failure.' This nautical version of musical chairs raises giant sandcastle-sized doubts about housing large numbers of deportees in a place where the water taps apparently can't keep up. No names or dollar amounts were spilled, but one can imagine the Navy crew, juggling detainees and the big H2O blackout, dancing to a new quarantine choreography. Water, it seems, is the real detainee here.
