120 Trucks of Food: Gaza’s Pause Button Finally Pressed

Israel announced that on July 28, during a 'partial pause in fighting,' more than 120 truckloads of food aid made the monumental journey into the Gaza Strip, distributed by the UN and aid agencies. Because, apparently, it takes a ceasefire floor sale for aid to stop playing hard to get. The official line praised this 'distribution' as if loading pallets was the world's hardest puzzle—all in the name of reminding us that peace sometimes looks like a supermarket restock.
