UK Blocks Kids, Boosts VPNs—and Spyware Sales!

The UK's Online Safety Act, effective July 25th, commands websites to shield minors from 'harmful' content, booting under-18s off fave sites like Reddit and Pornhub. This is SO exciting because it “creates a knock-on problem” where minors race to download VPNs—five of which now dominate UK app charts! But beware: free VPNs often hijack your data since 'if the product is free, then the real product is you.' At least now everyone gets an adrenaline rush picking between legit Proton VPN and scary-sounding FreeVPN.org. Everything happens for a reason: more apps, more drama, more clicks!
