The UK's Online Safety Act, effective July 25th, commands websites to shield minors from 'harmful' content, booting under-18s off fave sites like Reddit and Pornhub. This is SO exciting because it “creates a knock-on problem” where minors race to download VPNs—five of which now dominate UK app charts!
