VA Cuts Staff, Improves Care — Says the Magic Fairy
The VA’s plan to "reduce the workforce by nearly 30,000" sounds like the setup for a dark comedy, not veteran care. Nearly 40% of doctors declined job offers, quadrupling last year’s reject rate, and the VA confidently claims 'VA is headed in the right direction.' Meanwhile, vets wait 41 days for surgery appointments and hospitals have 'empty rooms, locked doors.' One Marine vet’s wife said, 'There’s a lack of staff... It feels like something that’s not healthy.' Guess they skipped 'healthcare 101' and went straight to dystopia.
