Trump & Epstein Statue Kicked Off Mall: Permit Drama Royale
Photo by Harrison Mitchell on Unsplash
In a plot twist that reads like Washington DC’s funniest oh-no moment, an anonymous group erected a statue of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein holding hands on the National Mall. The duo, immortalized with grins so wide they’d put Botox to shame and feet kicked back like they just aced a TikTok dance challenge, got the cold shoulder from the Interior Department. Why? Because their permit was as real as a unicorn in a cubicle—nonexistent! Just one day after this joy-inappropriate display of hand-holding friendship went up, the National Park Service came marching in to play the fun police. Apparently, even statues need to RSVP in DC.
