Despite a 2012 law demanding transparency, the FDA only whispered about these import exemptions in a single footnote of a 25-page report in 2024. FDA head Marty Makary, appointed by Trump and champion of 'radical transparency,' now faces urgent letters demanding lists, definitions, and market shares or else face a second Senate hearing â hurry, before another batch of anti-seizure drugs mysteriously vanishes!
