Trump Diplomacy: Three Hours Of ‘Maybe’ With Putin

In an epic Kremlin chat, White House envoy Steve Witkoff met Vladimir Putin for a full three hours as Trump’s ceasefire deadline looms Friday. Apparently, Witkoff is Putin’s new favourite pen-pal, having met him several times recently, but this was their first since April. Trump’s ‘50-day deadline’ magically shrank last week because, in his words, Putin 'wasn't negotiating in good faith.' Meanwhile, sanctions are gearing up to carefully punish Russian oil buyers like India and China — because diplomacy is just sanctions with better PR.
