Trump’s Tariff Tango: EU Shops, US Gets Fees

In a Scotland showdown straight out of a Netflix drama, the US and EU shook hands on a trade deal slapping a 15% tariff on most European imports — down from Trump's jaw-dropping 30%, but more than the EU’s dream 10%. Trump bragged it was 'the biggest deal ever made,' boasting that Europe would buy '$750 billion worth of energy' and throw in '$600 billion more' in investments, plus a 'vast amount' of US military gear. Steel isn’t invited to this tariff party with a stiff 50% tax still in play.
