Putin-Zelensky Summit: Talked Nice, Did Nothing Twice
The much-hyped summit between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky was about as productive as a screen door on a submarine. Despite both leaders calling their talks 'productive,' no agreement emerged to resolve or even pause Moscow's war in Ukraine. It seems the phrase 'productive talks' now means 'we talked, but nothing actually changed.' If you were expecting a treaty or ceasefire, you might want to check if you accidentally dialed into a customer service call instead.
