Federal employees nationwide received suspiciously similar messages that experts say could make ethics laws scramble like a confused GPS. Apparently, the government’s messaging system decided ethics are more like suggestions during a blackout. Despite the no-no on mixing politics with paperwork, the messages marched on—possibly violating the Washington Rulebook No One Reads, dated Ancient Times.
