In an unsurprising career move, the National Hurricane Center reports that the storm 'could become a hurricane by late Thursday,' apparently keen on climbing the weather ranks. The forecast suggests it will strengthen over the next several days, proving once again that ambition is contagiousānot just among people but atmospheric disturbances, too. Like that office coworker who always says, 'I could be your manager,' this storm is angling for a serious upgrade.
