TikTok Now Books Hotels Because Why Leave The App?

TikTok is taking 'doomscrolling' to new heights by letting users book hotels directly in-app, thanks to a partnership with Booking.com. Yes, you can 'enter check-in and check-out dates' without ever leaving your mind-numbing video spiral. They're even rolling out TikTok Go, a program where creators with 'at least 1,000 followers' earn commissions promoting venues — because apparently, we needed influencers deciding where we sleep too. Travel creator Amanda Dishman calls it 'cool' and appreciates the low barrier, which might just mean your cousin's dance video could now book more rooms than an actual travel agent.
