Silicon Valley’s Jim O’Neill, a guy known for pushing unproven COVID cures, got the acting director boot with a magic wand labeled Trump politics. These health OGs lament the meltdown of 80 years of data-driven mojo and call on Congress, philanthropists, and MDs to help rescue science from this chaos factory.
