Despite the shrinking guest list, many determined vaccine fans still want in to dodge illness or shield their vulnerable relatives. Meanwhile, pharmacies have morphed into obstacle courses, handing out refusals like party invites: 'Sorry, you donāt meet our narrow definition of at-risk,' said no happy shopper ever. Folks face hoops higher than a triple-jump record just to get a poke, turning health protection into a Kafkaesque scavenger hunt against the very virus everyone's trying to outrun.
