Beefed-up levies hit India for buying Russian oil, while semiconductor tariffs get a 'loophole deluxe' makeover. Europe's confused, CEOs shrug, and the stock market is throwing a party. As Stephanie Guichard notes, there’s 'ongoing progress,' or at least that’s the happy line amid tariff chaos. Basically, the trade war is less a war, more a confusing, never-ending reality show.
