The Social Reckoning: Zuckerberg’s Sequel Socially Awkward
Aaron Sorkin is back from the Hollywood writers' bunker to remind us why we never escaped the Mark Zuckerberg Netflix marathon. The 'Social Reckoning,' dropping October 9, 2026, brings Jeremy Strong, aka the emotional wreck king from Succession, to recast Zuckerberg with even more brooding tech angst. Joining the meta soap opera are Mikey Madison playing Frances Haugen, the whistleblower formerly sparking Meta’s fires, and Jeremy Allen White as Jeff Horwitz, the Wall Street Journal vigilante who spilled the Facebook Files tea. And because why not, Bill Burr is roped in to confuse us further by performing at Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Comedy Festival while secretly brooding over Facebook’s moral dumpster fire. It’s like a reboot caught between a TED Talk and a Gunderson family therapy session, set to remind us Facebook's mess is so juicy it needs an Aaron Sorkin sequel faster than we can say ‘Section 230 reform.’
