Once hoodied up in the Oval Office, he made sure the sequel leaned hard on fear, because nothing bonds a country like collective dread. As the article succinctly puts it, 'the fear factor would prevail.' News flash: when your foreign policy reads like a middle school bully's workout plan, diplomacy takes a permanent sick day.
