Meta’s Smart Glasses Meet Pumpkin Spice Car Dad Spectacle
Photo by Kristina Kutleša on Unsplash
On an unseasonably warm October day in upstate New York, while vintage Ferraris, Porsches, and a lime-green Lamborghini gleamed like the crown jewels of a maple matcha latte kingdom, one brave soul twitched their fingers and hunched over the Lamborghini yelling 'WHAT MODEL CAR AM I LOOKING AT?' Cut to Senior reviewer Victoria Song rocking Meta’s Ray-Ban Display and Neural Band, looking like she’s either spying on ghosts or pretending for Instagram. Patient girlfriends sip pumpkin spice donuts, probably wishing for the days when smart glasses didn’t make humans look like part-time wizards at a car show.
