Linda Yaccarino, the lady who claims she arrived on her first day at NBCU as a 'bright cheery new intern,' took a wild career ride spanning nearly two decades at Turner Broadcasting, 11 years at NBCUniversal where she pushed Peacock's streaming, then crashed into the tech cosmos as CEO of X under Elon Musk. After navigating the chaos of a company renamed a month into her tenure and surviving an advertiser apocalypse, she announced she was stepping down in July 2025. In her own words, 'After two incredible years, I’ve decided to step down as CEO of 𝕏.' Now she’s off to telehealth because apparently why not.
