Led by Houston's Rep. Gene Wu, who insists 'This amendment forces Republicans to choose between their loyalty to Trump and their obligation to expose sexual predators,' the move is a bold Hail Mary destined to fail in the GOP-controlled chamber. Meanwhile, Trump's Justice Department assures us Epstein wasn’t murdered, blackmailing, or running a LeCarré spy novel.
