The slew of women seeking tea on their questionable crushes just got hit with a scandal hotter than their gossip. Tea, the anonymous dating advice app crowned No. 1 on the App Store, suffered a data breach exposing 72,000 images, including 'selfies and photo identification' used to verify accounts. The company admitted the breach involved a 'legacy data storage system containing information from over two years ago.' And yes, ladies, the very photos you entrusted them with ended up on 4chan—because nothing says 'safe space' like an old white men's club leaking your selfies online.
