40 Democrats Beg Trump: Stop Annexation, Save Our Abraham Accords
In a bipartisan plot twist seemingly lifted from a sitcom, over 40 Democratic senators (all but Sen. John Fetterman, who decided to ghost the party) penned a letter to President Trump, urging him â yes, Trump â to 'reinforce' his stance against Israel annexing the West Bank. This plea dropped fresh off the Gaza ceasefire, reminding us all that Trump's 20-point Gaza peace plan slipped the annexation memo completely. The letter warned that Israeli annexations could sabotage the Abraham Accords, Trump's first-term pride and joy, with UAE and Arab leagues breathing down his neck since September.
