SAP Buys SmartRecruiters: Because Robots Need HR Too
In a move that screams 'let's make hiring even more joyless,' SAP has agreed to acquire SmartRecruiters. According to the announcement, SmartRecruiters' software will 'complement SAP's existing HR tools,' presumably to make onboarding about as fun as watching paint dry twice. Companies can now celebrate as two titans of mundane workforce management join forces, proving once again that your new boss might just be a software update.
