Samsungās latest One UI 8 update has pulled the ultimate party pooper move by disabling bootloader unlocking outside the US, ending an era of phone customizing freedom. Before this update, unlocked bootloaders enabled users to install custom software on their devices ā true phone fanaticsā dream. Now, Samsungās lock-down spreads beyond the US, where this restriction has been long in place.
