The new code line 'androidboot.other.locked=1' basically screams 'Nope, youāre locked!' Before this update, unlocked bootloaders enabled users to install custom software on their devices ā true phone fanaticsā dream. Now, Samsungās lock-down spreads beyond the US, where this restriction has been long in place.
