President Putin warned that 'hidden unemployment is growing,' with nearly 200,000 Russians riding this invisible gravy train by early August. Despite a four-day workweek invite from Avtovaz, the economy only barely grew by 1.1% last quarter, and internet outages scramble digital wallets. Putin promises to 'sense ongoing trends and respond,' probably by inventing 200,000 new job titles for invisible workers.
