Roblox Bans Sexy Sims, Calls It "Safety Innovation"

In a baffling move sure to make every tween blush and every parent cheer, Roblox’s chief safety officer Matt Kaufman announced new rules banning "content, settings, or behavior that implies sexual activity" following a Louisiana lawsuit accusing the platform of being a predators’ playground. Murrill called out Roblox with a sharp "Fix it, or shut it down!" Now, virtual bedrooms, bathrooms, and bars are off-limits to kids under 17, with ID checks and content maturity labels. Because nothing says 'fun' like your favorite game turning into TSA security at the door.
