Wasp Nest Goes Nuclear: Buzzkill at DOE Site
Photo by Mathew Schwartz on Unsplash
In a stunning cameo for radioactive irony, a wasp nest was discovered at a U.S. Department of Energy facility in South Carolina, 'once involved in the production of parts for nuclear weapons.' At this rate, even the wasps are stepping up their gameāin radiation and attitude. A new corporate sponsor for mutant superhero costumes, perhaps?
