In what might be called 'Freezing Funds Like It’s Happy Hour,' a federal appeals court granted President Trump a win by allowing his administration to keep freezing or outright canceling billions in foreign aid that Congress actually approved. As the court put it, the administration can continue to 'freeze or terminate billions of dollars that Congress approved in foreign aid,' proving that when it comes to dollars, apparently Geography 101 was 'optional.' It’s like Congress made a budget request, and Trump just hit the pause and eject buttons simultaneously.
