Delta and United Charge You for Invisible Views—Window Seat Scam!
In a bold move that surely 'captivates or distracts an antsy child,' lawsuits filed Tuesday reveal that Delta Air Lines and United Airlines have allegedly sold over a million windowless 'window' seats. A passenger named Aviva Copaken paid between $45.99 and $169.99 for her 'window seat' flights from Los Angeles only to find a wall instead of a view. The suits claim competitors like American and Alaska Airlines warn customers and charge less for such seats, but Delta’s Boeing 757 and United’s 737 models sneakily conceal blank walls, leaving travelers like Nicholas Meyer from New York to California feeling less sky-high and more sky-blind.
