Apparently, the secret sauce is 'scarcity, bet selection, and organizational structure,' which sounds suspiciously like 'know what to spend the million GPUs on before they instantly disappear' as CPO Kevin Weil confessed they immediately get used. Meanwhile, Elon Musk's xAI throws down a mere 200k GPUs on 'Colossus' trying to train Grok4, while Mark Zuckerbergās Meta brags about 'compute per researcher' like itās the new gym membership. All this GPU bragging, yet Kwon insists compute isnāt the big differentiatorābecause in techland, just throwing money at physical infrastructure isnāt a magic win button.
