OpenAI has left the playground and isn't alone in tagging SPVs with a big red 'No!' Apparently, cracking down on SPVs is trending among AI companies now. It's like everyone suddenly agrees that shady Special Purpose Vehicles deserve a time-out. No official quotes were blaring neon signs, but the aura is clear: 'Don't mess with our AI sandbox.' So much for the wild west of investment vehicles – looks like AI money handlers are turning into the hall monitors of finance.
