Parchman Prison’s Dark Secret: Keys Shared, Lights Switched Off, Dead Body Ignored

In what sounds like the punchline to a tragic joke, Denorris Howell died in his pitch-black Parchman prison cell after officials revealed an unexpected flashlight game gone horribly wrong: cell keys were shared like hot concert tickets, and then, in a plot twist no one asked for, the lights went off. Apparently, Parchman’s idea of 'security protocol' involves leaving inmates in darkness, making it harder to tell who’s who and what’s happening — which in Howell’s case, led straight to a fatal blackout. Because nothing says efficiency like swapping cells and switching off the electricity.
