With a Lincoln Memorial selfie backdrop, itās basically a neighborhood watch, if your neighbors brought tanks and serious badges. As one might say, 'when you have a hammer, the whole city looks like a nail,' and nowhere rings that louder than the Trump-labeled policing extravaganza.
