Meet Mollie Ford, the 104-year-old 'SuperAger' who makes aging look like a piece of cake—one modest square of chocolate at a time. Born in England in 1921, adopted in Nairobi, player of rowers (until she said no), and still conducting classical music with her eyes closed. 'She says doing everything in moderation helped her stay healthy,' from sipping a single glass of Pinot Grigio to feeding apples to deer.
