Summer's road-trip season just got upgraded from sad candy bars to "hearty meals" near highways. Business Insider and Yelp teamed up to save us from ourselves, listing beloved roadside restaurants like 'Mary's Southern Cooking' (where the chicken is so generous you can't finish your box) and Anchorage's 'Moose's Tooth' which serves "pizza or three". One Yelp user raved about food delivery to cars during COVID, calling stops 'a wonderful respite from our I-95 road trip.' Now, instead of roadside regret, you get a 'garlic burger... at its best.'
