Gaza is careening towards a catastrophic shortage of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), essential for saving malnourished children’s lives. Salim Oweis from Unicef laments, 'We are now facing a dire situation, that we are running out of therapeutic supplies,' with stocks expected to vanish by mid-August. So basically, late-stage capitalism's VIP events don’t come with snacks, but Gazan kids are literally starving as supply runs dry. The humanitarian agencies are sounding alarms heavier than an influencer’s cancel culture meltdown, spotlighting systemic neglect masked as geopolitical theater.
