Mark Zuckerberg casually dropped a $600 billion U.S. investment bombshell during a September White House AI dinner with Donald Trump, admitting mid-whisper, 'I wasnāt sure what number you wanted to go with.' Now Meta has officially RSVP'd to the billion-dollar party, spreading the cash across AI infrastructure, data centers, and hiring enough pipefitters, steelworkers, and fiber techs to keep America hopefully hydrated by 2030 (because their new AI data centers plan to be 'water positive').
