Meta's chief AI brainiac Yann LeCun literally wants your future robot butler to 'submit to humans' and show 'empathy'—because apparently AI needs to learn manners harder than your uncle at Thanksgiving. Geoffrey Hinton, the 'godfather of AI,' dropped gems about giving AI 'maternal instincts' or else 'humans are going to be history.' LeCun said these are like AI's version of survival instincts, adding simple rules like 'don’t run people over'—because when Terminator meets daycare, priorities shift.
