Martin Shkreli, aka America’s Most Hateable Man and ex-pharma villain, just can’t let go of his $4 million Wu-Tang Clan album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. After losing it in a government auction to crypto art collective PleasrDAO, Shkreli admitted in live streams to copying the ultra-exclusive album and even taunted one DAO member with 'LOL i have the mp3s you moron.' US District Judge Pamela Chen ruled that Shkreli’s album duplications count as 'misappropriation of trade secrets'—because nothing screams trade secret like a rap album. PleasrDAO forced him to hand over all copies in August, but the lawsuit lumbers on like Shkreli’s bad decisions.
