In a jaw-dropping plot twist, Figma's IPO soared to a $68 billion valuation after Adobe's $20 billion acquisition attempt was blocked by Lina Khan's FTC. The former chair triumphantly tweeted, 'letting startups grow into independently successful businesses... is a win for employees, investors, innovation, and the public.' Adobe misses out, but hey, at least now startups can throw their own billionaire-level parties! Silicon Valley critics grumble, but Khan's antitrust crackdown just turned corporate shake-ups into throwdowns. As one analyst noted, Figma's success is 'due to the company’s innovative growth and not due to the FTC and Kahn,' which makes the FTC victory lap even sweeter!
