House Votes to Kick Out McIver: ICE vs. āJusticeā WWE Episode
In a political saga that sounds like a WWE fever dream, Rep. LaMonica McIver from New Jersey is about to get censured and booted off the Homeland Security Committee ā you know, the one that oversees ICE, the agency she allegedly attacked. Thanks to Republican Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana (whoās basically the political stink-eye champion), this resolution hits the House floor this week. McIver says ICE is the aggressor in a Newark brawl that also involved arresting Mayor Ras Baraka for trespassing.
