Amanda Shammas stayed two nights in a sprawling $1,700-a-night premier garden-view executive suite at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston, a place so luxurious it literally has 239 rooms that double as tiny apartments. The hotel brags about complimentary espresso deliveries straight to your room—because hauling a latte yourself is apparently the new gym. Each floor hosts 'The Vault,' a 24/7 keycard snack pantry stocked with popcorn, jelly beans, and flavored water, obviously necessary for elite snacking. The bathroom boasts $75 bottles of FrĆ©dĆ©ric Malle body gel because why not smell like a wealthy forest? Even the cocktails pay homage to Boston's willow trees, reinforcing that this isn't a hotel, it's a botanical speakeasy. Turns out, luxury is just very serious snacking combined with fancy pillows that make you never want to leave—or leave your credit card alone.
