President Trump finally admitted Wednesday that running for a third term in 2028 is ‘pretty clear’ verboten thanks to the pesky 22nd Amendment stating no person can be elected president more than twice. Yet, he and his merch factory still peddle ‘Trump 2028’ hats like constitutional lawyers don’t exist. On Air Force One, Trump boasted about having ‘the best numbers in many years’ despite polls calling that straight-up fake news. House Speaker Mike Johnson spilled the tea saying Trump ‘trolls Democrats’ with constitutional nonsense—but when confronted, Trump pretended he didn’t know the word ‘troll.’ Meanwhile, Steve Bannon's whispering about stealth plans to dodge the Constitution because why not? It’s politics or an episode of ‘Breaking the Rules: Season 2028.’
