Samsung's Galaxy Watch 8 has apparently turned into your nutrient-snitching gym coach. With its 'Antioxidant Index' feature, it uses LEDs to scan carotenoid levels under your skin and coaches you on your fruit and veggie intake, demanding you hit 400g daily. As the article dryly puts it, 'Normally, smartwatches donāt make judgments about your nutritional intake.' Oh, but this one does! Now you can get health-shamed right from your wrist while munching on your decidedly antioxidant-deficient Cheez-Itsābecause, newsflash, those cheesy squares apparently do NOT count.
