Hurricane Erin Ghosting US Landfall but Sending Windy Party Invites
Hurricane Erin, aka the East Coast's unwelcome ex, is flexing with 110mph winds and throwing 'life-threatening surf and current' parties from North Carolina's Outer Banks all the way up to Atlantic Canada. Despite its ālargeā size and tropical tantrums stretching up to 265 miles outward, Erin refuses to make landfall, giving the US a dramatic weather brush-off. NHCās Mike Brennan warned, 'conditions are going to quickly deteriorate,' with North Carolina under storm surge warnings and states like Dare and Hyde deploying evacuation orders like party bouncers. Climate change apparently fuelled Erinās ego trip, making it the tropical storm that keeps on threatening.
