Hurricane Erin Ghosting US Landfall but Sending Windy Party Invites

Hurricane Erin, aka the East Coast's unwelcome ex, is flexing with 110mph winds and throwing 'life-threatening surf and current' parties from North Carolina's Outer Banks all the way up to Atlantic Canada. Despite its ‘large’ size and tropical tantrums stretching up to 265 miles outward, Erin refuses to make landfall, giving the US a dramatic weather brush-off. NHC’s Mike Brennan warned, 'conditions are going to quickly deteriorate,' with North Carolina under storm surge warnings and states like Dare and Hyde deploying evacuation orders like party bouncers. Climate change apparently fuelled Erin’s ego trip, making it the tropical storm that keeps on threatening.
